About the Role
In this dynamic and client-focused role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional financial services and support. You\'ll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate client data, preparing detailed reports and meeting materials, and assisting with a variety of financial planning projects. From implementing investment transactions to coordinating directly with clients, fund managers, insurers, and registries, you\'ll be central to the smooth operation of our advisory services.
This role also involves acting as a trusted liaison with Centrelink, supporting clients through various application processes and ensuring their entitlements are effectively managed. Strong attention to detail, clear communication and a proactive approach will be essential as you build and strengthen client relationships. Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, you\'ll help ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Officer at PRP Advisers, your day-to-day duties will include:
Manage and maintain client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare client reports, review packs and documentation for meetings
Assist with financial planning projects and contribute to the preparation of technical material
Implement new applications including investment switches, redemptions, share transfers and other financial transactions
Liaise directly with clients, fund managers, insurance companies and registries to efficiently resolve queries and manage processes
Communicate and liaise with Centrelink on behalf of clients, including providing updates and assisting with a range of application types such as Age Pension, Carer Payment and Low Income Health Care Card
Strengthen and support client relationships through proactive service, clear communication and timely follow-up
Ensure all client information and financial records are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
