Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Expert to help individuals return to meaningful employment and make a lasting impact in their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients' rehabilitation goals and helping them regain independence through various insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.

This role involves minimising the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management, planning, coordinating, and monitoring client progress towards their return-to-work goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
