Regional Transition Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage transitions and drive engagement across our region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional transition strategies to maximise services and outcomes.
- Support schools and state training providers in developing career and transition plans.
- Facilitate links between education, industry and support services to deliver key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of youth, education and training systems.
- Highly developed leadership skills, including the ability to lead through change.
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with experience building relationships and networks.
- Conceptual and analytical skills, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
