Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced customer service professionals to contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences and drive team success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in delivering outstanding guest welcoming and experiences, acting as a role model, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, conducting guest arrivals and departures, and resolving and responding to guest complaints in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working within a Hotel/Resort environment, exceptional customer service skills, ability to manage time effectively, professional presentation, and availability to work weekends if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest services and support the team in achieving high standards of service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience working within a Hotel/Resort environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional presentation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
