Job Title: Transformation Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Transformation Specialists.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding, designing and delivering client transitions and transformations, ensuring changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiency.

You will be responsible for leading design initiatives that prioritize the needs, behaviors, and experiences of users related to the changes identified.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute transformation strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored transformation plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in transformation management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
  • Support the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Australian citizen or ability to receive security clearance is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in consulting, transformation, organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.

Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments and developing personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
