Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Establishing Data Governance Principles: You will work closely with stakeholders to develop, establish, and implement Data Governance principles, processes, and solutions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Ensuring Data Compliance: You will develop, establish, implement, and maintain processes, controls, and assessments on data-related compliance activities, such as Data Impact Assessment.
- Providing Practical Solutions: You will provide practical solutions across data program increments and engage multiple stakeholders to align Data Accountability standards and manage interdependencies strategically with other Data Management teams.
- Streamlining Controls and Processes: You will streamline controls and processes to maximize efficiency on applicable policies and standards for Data Regulations.
- Conducting Data-Related Compliance Activities: You will conduct data-related compliance activities with stakeholders to assist them in meeting the duties of their role.
- Overseeing Data Management: You will control and oversee the data management including roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, controls, and processes in the Data Governance Framework.
- Developing and Implementing Data Quality: You will develop, implement, and monitor Data Quality to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, uniqueness, and integrity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Data Governance: You will have demonstrated knowledge of Data Governance, data quality, and data management practices, including data-related regulatory requirements.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong analytical, numerical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Business Analysis Skills: You will have good business analysis skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environments.
- Ability to Explore Customer Needs: You will have the ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, evaluate the outcomes, and iterate.
