Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Day Spa Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. As a Day Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments to our guests, including remedial and relaxation massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, skin or body treatments, and water therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their spa experience is ultimate bliss.
  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, skin or body treatments, and water therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new spa treatments and services.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage.
  • Experience in a day spa or beauty therapy environment, specializing in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty offerings.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
  • Experience in actively promoting and selling products and services.
