Position: Beauty and Wellness Expert

Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Beauty and Wellness Experts to enhance our spa offerings at Kingfisher Bay Resort. This role is ideal for professionals looking for a position that may include live-in options or flexible arrangements, with weekend availability required. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences that leave guests feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials and body therapies, alongside a strong focus on massage techniques.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, regardless of gender.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on product knowledge and sales.
  • Manage reception duties, including client bookings and correspondence via phone and email.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and communication.
  • Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Follow established procedures and be receptive to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold a commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Deliver professional services in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Remedial Massage is also acceptable.
  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in a resort day spa or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
