About the Role

We are expanding our team at The Island Day Spa at Kingfisher Bay Resort.

We are seeking qualified and experienced Beauty or Massage Therapist’s to join our small team at The Island Day Spa.

This position is suitable for someone who wants a Live On position or potentially a Live Off with the understanding that the role requires Saturday and Sunday shifts.

We are looking for our next Beauty or Massage Therapist' who can impress the guests and ensure they leave their spa experience feeling incredible. 

Key Role Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in facials, body treatments and a strong background in massage.
• Comfortable treating all gendered guests.
• Strong customer service and product sales focus.
• Previous reception/administration/client booking/phone/email correspondence.
• Excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• The ability to follow instructions, adhere to SOP’s and open to constructive feedback
• Take pride in your customer service abilities to ensure our guests’ experience on island is one to remember
• Offering guests, a professional level of service in a relaxed and friendly environment

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Remedial/Massage
• Minimum 12 months experience within the industry
• Spa, Beauty and Massage Therapy experience in a resort day spa environment or similar, desirable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
