Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity at The Island Day Spa, located within a premier resort setting. We are in search of skilled and qualified Beauty or Massage Therapists to enhance our dedicated team.

This role offers flexibility for candidates interested in either a Live On or Live Off arrangement, with the understanding that weekend shifts are a requirement.

We are eager to find a Beauty or Massage Therapist who can deliver exceptional service, ensuring our guests depart with a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

Essential Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in facials and body treatments, along with a solid foundation in massage therapy.
  2. Comfortable providing services to guests of all genders.
  3. Strong focus on customer service and product sales.
  4. Experience in reception, administration, client booking, and communication via phone and email.
  5. High standards of personal presentation and effective communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  7. Willingness to follow instructions, adhere to standard operating procedures, and accept constructive feedback.
  8. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a remarkable guest experience.
  9. Providing a professional level of service in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
Skills and Experience Required
  1. Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  2. Certificate IV or Diploma in Remedial Massage or equivalent.
  3. A minimum of 12 months of relevant industry experience.
  4. Experience in a resort day spa environment or similar is preferred.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
