About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Mercer in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client service tasks, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Wealthsolver and Projections.
  • Support financial advisors in completing paraplanning requests, Advice Documents, and File Notes.
  • Serve as a contact for client inquiries and service needs, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
  • Manage client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
  • Proficiency in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
  • A strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  • RG146 compliance.
