**Job Title:** Inclusion Support Worker

**Job Description**

We are excited to enhance our clients' lives by building a skilled team of Support Workers who can empower them to achieve their goals and live independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Personal Care: assisting clients with showering, dressing, grooming
  • Domestic Assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
  • Social Support/Transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to appointments
  • Supporting clients in using aids and personal equipment, including communication boards, standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, hearing aids, and other physical aids
  • Providing general support and spending quality time with clients
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress

The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, empathy, patience, and understanding. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, lifting, and bending.
