We are seeking a talented professional to drive our inclusion and diversity agenda, shaping programs that create real impact across the organisation.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase representation of underrepresented groups.
  • Design and deliver graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs that develop the next generation of aviation professionals.
  • Lead the execution of inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed inclusive practices in all business areas, ensuring a culture of inclusion and respect.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies, and community partners.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to influence business decisions, backed by robust data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage Early Careers initiatives, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
  • A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.
  • Energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.

Qualifications

degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources; 5 yrs experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development or generalist HR; experience working across multiple geographies and working with different businesses functional knowledge of operations highly regarded.
