We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Technology Analyst to join our team at Colliers on a 6-month contract.
As a key member of our technology team, you will act as the liaison between the Business and Technology departments, ensuring that application requirements are clearly defined to guarantee that the applications team builds robust apps that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and develop process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Develop detailed requirements specifications, use cases/user stories, process flow diagrams, user interface designs, user manuals, training materials, and other system documentation to support business needs.
- Work closely with the Technology Solutions team to ensure that product and business objectives are met, and that technology solutions are aligned with business strategies.
- Creation of testing and training materials, and assist in conducting testing and training workshops to ensure seamless system implementation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Business Technology Analyst, with a proven track record of transforming business requirements into well-defined requirements specifications.
- Strong documentation and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology, including data concepts, workflow processes, and integrations, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in the real estate industry would be an asset, but not required.
