Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining payroll systems to ensure seamless processing and compliance with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, data migration, and user training for payroll system implementations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in payroll, HR, or industrial relations.
  • End-to-end payroll processing expertise; recent involvement in payroll system implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Australian industrial relations, including modern awards, enterprise agreements, taxation, and superannuation legislation.
  • Diploma in payroll, HR, or law preferred, though equivalent industry experience is acceptable.
  • Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors highly regarded.
