Residential Care Leadership Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Residential Care Services. This is a great opportunity to enhance clinical leadership and governance across Residential Services.
As a key member of the team, you will drive and lead change, delivering best practice care and delivery services across Residential Care. Your experience in a compliance-based aged care environment will be invaluable in monitoring and evaluating clinical standards of care and service delivery.
We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents and their families. Our Residential Care Services provide a home to over 200 people across four homes - Allambee, Chestnut Gardens, Mooraleigh, and Yarraman.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating clinical standards of care and service delivery
- Achieving compliance in all accreditation outcomes
- Ensuring the effectiveness of quality and risk management systems
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience within aged care/quality compliance sector
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Australian working rights
