Senior Residential Care Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Leader to oversee our residential care facility located in a picturesque Victorian town. This role involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You
- 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
- People management and leadership experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Empower residents to live their best lives by providing person-centred care
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management
- Deliver safe, high-quality care to residents
- Oversee the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Foster financial sustainability through strategic planning
