Public Health Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to support our team in undertaking a sexual and reproductive health needs assessment of temporary migrants to Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with researchers and stakeholders to identify and recruit study participants.
- Conduct participant interviews and qualitative research.
- Analyse data using suitable qualitative software.
- Contribute to drafting project reports and manuscripts for publication.
- Support other team members.
- PhD in an infectious diseases/sexual and reproductive health/public health/related field is desirable.
- Sound experience in qualitative research methods, including framework analysis.
- Pasifika background and/or experience conducting qualitative research with Pacific Island communities is highly desirable.
- Current Good Clinical Practice certification is desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Peer-reviewed scientific publications including qualitative research.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
