The Lead Care Professional will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight during non-business hours to ensure effective and efficient management of a Residence. They will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and competent care to Arcare Residents while maintaining a supportive and positive work environment for the care team.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:- Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
- Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
- Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
- Family Communication: Communicating effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
- Crisis Management: Handling emergency situations and critical incidents promptly and effectively.
