Care Leadership Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team and deliver high-quality care to the elderly.

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the effective operation of a Home Neighborhood comprising 34 residents. You will be responsible for maintaining sound clinical governance, fostering a relationship-centred environment, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care with a focus on resident safety and well-being
  • Leading a team to maintain effective operations in line with resident preferences and relationship-centred care principles
  • Providing coaching and leadership to neighbourhood team members to promote relationship-centred care

To succeed in this role, you'll need

  • A strong passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • An excellent customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship-based care leadership
  • Strong coaching and training skills with the ability to positively influence healthcare workers
  • A Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current registration
  • A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
