Our organisation is seeking new team members to join their dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and develop your skills in personal care, social activities, and more.
We are recruiting part-time elderly care workers who are willing to learn and grow with our organisation. You will be offered a set 12-month contract with locked-in shifts on agreed days and hours.
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, be reliable, and have good communication skills. You will also need to have regular availability and be willing to obtain a clear National Police Check if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Bed making and room tidying up
- Feeding and setting tables for residents
- Social activities and ability to listen and build relationships
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, with AM shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm and PM shifts from 3:00pm to 10:00pm
