Workplace Educator Role

We're seeking an experienced Workplace Educator to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance within residential aged care.

  • Developing and coordinating the induction and onboarding program for newly hired employees
  • Conducting education and training needs analysis, creating learning plans to address identified gaps
  • Collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless teamwork

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Completion of Adult Training Education - Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programs
  • A solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
