About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Manager with a strong background in aged care to lead and support our care team for a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight). This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of clinical care and compliance, while nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.
You will be well supported by a dedicated Facility Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership and outcomes while working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.
- Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care.
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice care.
- Comfortable using technology and clinical systems.
- Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.
- Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach.
