Safety and Quality Expert

Service Stream's Utilities Division is seeking an experienced HSEQ Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HSEQ Team, you will be responsible for supporting our company to meet its Safety, Environment, Quality and client obligations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide specialist HSEQ advice and support to the business
* Coach and advise management and workers on meeting their work health and safety duties
* Support management and workers in the implementation of HSEQ policies, systems, programs, and initiatives and meeting local legislative requirements
* Promote a safe and positive work culture and role model safety leadership principles
* Project field work, critical control effectiveness and investigations, verifying HSEQ management plans
* Assist business management in continually improving the company's risk management capabilities

**About You:**

* Demonstrated experience in an HSEQ role with a strong quality background
* Working knowledge of Legislation, Standards and Codes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and AS 4801 standards
* Prior experience managing Safety, Environment and Quality requirements on major engineering or construction projects
* Excellent communication and people management skills
