This strategic role will support the Managing Director, requiring a track record of success in supporting executives in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.

The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, approachable professional who can handle challenging situations with tact and urgency, anticipating issues before they arise and building relationships effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company operational objectives
  • Provide tailored executive support to the Managing Director
  • Manage complex calendars, vetting and prioritizing meeting requests
  • Handle emails and communications with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Organize business strategy meetings, leadership meetings, and team meetings
  • Plan offsite events, providing support on logistics, invites, agenda, slide decks, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
  • Book travel, including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, and travel visas
  • Manage travel and business expenses proactively and fiscally alertly
  • Assist in planning and coordinating customer and partner events (Salesforce, Adobe, and other Partners)
  • Evaluate confidentiality of communications and documents

Successful candidates will have 6+ years of working experience in fast-paced environments, possessing impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
