About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Wollongong branch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, email, and front counter.
- Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions.
- Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
- Sales data entry, invoicing, administration, and purchasing.
This role requires someone who is customer service focused, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Experience in a similar customer service role.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Team player and multitasking skills.
