Job Description

A Sales and Relationship Development Professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and create value through long-term, profitable relationships. The role involves creating a work schedule that suits both the individual and their customers, managing a portfolio of customer accounts, and optimizing client potential and sales productivity using Time and Territory Management (TTM).

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture, previous customer-facing experience, and a motivated attitude. They will be eager to learn, capable of working independently, and possess a hands-on approach for tool demonstrations and using platforms like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and other partners.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
