
High Volume Sales and Customer Success Specialist

About this Role
This is a high-volume, phone-based job where you'll be the key contact for customers, onboarding new accounts and running nurture activities to engage and re-engage them. Your goal is to help customers get the most from their subscriptions and maximise ROI through our platform.
Here's what your day-to-day looks like:
- Hitting Daily Activity Targets: You'll need to hit at least 2.75 hours of talk time through inbound and outbound calls, and create leads for account managers and conduct nurture calls to ensure subscription renewals happen.
- Onboarding New Accounts: You'll fully onboard all new customers that have just joined our platform, following a checklist to ensure they are set up for success, and manage inbound calls to answer any questions they may have regarding their campaigns.
- Nurturing Existing Accounts: You'll manage, track and measure the performance of customer campaigns, educate customers on best practices for ROI, retain customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions, and engaging and nurturing customers over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and providing educated recommendations to suit their needs.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: You'll follow scripts and regulations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable with learning new systems and adapting to new processes.
