Store Leadership Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned retail leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of 10-20 Brand Ambassadors in a premium retail environment
  • Drive sales growth through effective leadership and coaching
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through outstanding customer service
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Influencing and delivering sales results
  2. Developing the team with inspiring leadership skills
  3. Motivating and driving the team to achieve outstanding metrics
  4. Resolving customer concerns proactively, consistently and professionally
  5. Driving Pandora Club membership and customer loyalty through outstanding customer service
  6. Managing the day-to-day store inventory process by adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Ensuring the Pandora 5 Essentials of VM is consistently adhered to within the store
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in managing a high volume store
  • Experience in leading and developing a large team in a premium retail environment
  • Inspirational and motivational leadership style
  • Experience in a KPI driven environment and understanding how to drive these for ongoing growth and success
  • A proven track record of leadership and Coaching of high-performing teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management level
