Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Client Portfolio Manager to join our team in Sydney. The role involves managing a portfolio of hospitality clients, developing relationships with them, and identifying their insurance needs.

Main objectives include gathering underwriting information, understanding risk profiles, and foreseeing clients' insurance requirements. Additionally, organizing and attending renewal and new business meetings, and providing expert advice and customer service to all clients across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years relevant insurance broking or underwriting experience, or management or business development experience in the hospitality industry. They must be able to build and develop relationships, liaise with clients at all levels, and have strong negotiation, account management, analytical, and organizational skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with changes within the insurance market and clients' industry sectors. A University degree or equivalent education is highly regarded.
