The Human Resources Operations Specialist will play a pivotal part in shaping processes that support thousands of employees nationwide, working closely with corporate and operational teams to deliver meaningful improvements within a defined 6-month timeframe.
As a seasoned HR professional, you will bring your expertise in process improvement and project delivery to the table, leveraging your knowledge of labour-intensive industries to drive efficient and compliant HR practices.
You will work collaboratively with teams across various environments to review current processes, document fit-for-purpose procedures, and embed these into day-to-day operations. Your experience in mapping complex workflows, identifying efficiencies, and creating standard operating procedures will be instrumental in driving organisational success.

About the RoleResponsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective HR processes;
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of standard operating procedures;
- Providing training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in process improvement and project delivery within high-compliance, labour-intensive industries;
- Strong understanding of HR operational best practices and compliance requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented outcomes;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
