Job Overview

This role involves providing employment support to individuals, empowering them to achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways. As an Employment Coach, you will work closely with clients to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring supports to individual requirements.

You will also provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assistance with integration, ensuring a seamless transition into the workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support to a small group of participants
  • Mentorship, encouragement of skills development and increase people's capacity for work
  • Deliver person-centered supports to participants, some transitioning from school to work
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration
  • Support and consultation to employers

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
  • Available to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
