Job Description

The role of Field Training and Capability Manager involves developing comprehensive competency frameworks and establishing clear training standards against technical competencies.

You will lead a team of specialists dedicated to delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications, as well as bespoke NBN technical content. This requires a strategic thinker who can ensure that our training programs are aligned with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
