Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Development Training Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance and support talent development.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of delivering and facilitating training programs. They will work closely with subject matter experts to design learning experiences and identify digital resources for professional development.

This role requires strong collaboration and partnering skills, including excellent listening and questioning abilities. The ideal candidate will also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, as well as excellent project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually
  • eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
