This exciting opportunity is part of our team at Melbourne's largest municipality. The role will focus on enhancing access to services and providing targeted information about early years initiatives.
- The incumbent will support access to services and provide tailored information about early years programs.
- Participation in the promotion of service access and supporting referrals for families to suitable programs and services will also be required.
- Supporting client information management and business processes that will facilitate communication, access, and referral for families and the community will be a key responsibility.
- Collaboration with Community Care as needed or directed will be expected.
To be considered, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent 5 years' administrative/business experience.
- Knowledge of Kindergarten, Maternal and Child Health, and Early Years Services.
- Experience working in Local Government.
- Advanced computer skills in diverse Microsoft Office applications, internet, and email systems.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Current Police Records Check and Working with Children Check Card.
- Desirable: Local government experience.
