About the opportunity Reporting to the 'Senior Manager, Community Relations & Partnerships', you are responsible for helping to protect and enhance Australia Post's reputation and its social licence to operate through managing community programs and partnerships that proactively establish mutually beneficial relationships for community partners, other community stakeholders and Australia Post.
This role is instrumental in developing and delivering on the Community Partnerships and Programs Strategy and managing strategic community partnerships for the enterprise.
This role will also be responsible for working with the communications and marketing teams to develop campaigns to strengthen Australia Post's reputation through the community activity.
You'll be responsible for Developing multiyear strategic plans and annual plans for partnerships aligned to the Community Strategy Managing the day-to-day relationship with individual partnerships including the negotiation of contracts, ongoing management and maximisation of associated assets and benefits, planning and review Working in partnership with the Retail, Brand, Marketing and Communications teams to develop and deliver marketing and communications plans and campaigns to support the community strategy, and enhance the brand and reputation of Australia Post Working with partners to deliver measurable social impact for communities and our partners Delivering high quality communications and reporting About you You have a passion for making a positive impact to the lives of Australians.
You are a communications, marketing or community engagement specialist, action-oriented and great at building strong relationships with your stakeholders internally and externally.
You also love managing projects and supporting others to grow and thrive.
What are we looking for?5+ years of experience in sponsorship and partnership management Proven track record of delivering, managing and leveraging partnerships across large and complex organisations Experience in community partnership strategy development and planning, financial P&L management of budgets, and people management Highly developed commercial and relationship management skills, as well as strong communication and writing skills Ability to adapt to organisational change, to prioritise workload and problem solve Experience working with Indigenous Organisations and Communities will be highly regarded How we'll deliver for you Join one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we're all ages, genders and come from all walks of life We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
