Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our national accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients, facilitating open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A solid understanding of digital media and the client/media agency relationship, with the ability to navigate complex landscapes.
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to planning and organizing tasks, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce, a strong asset but not essential.
