Client Services Officer

As a Client Services Officer with the Department of Justice, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing advice on legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as undertaking assessments of applications and lodgements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on licensing, accreditation, and registration matters;
- Undertaking timely and professional assessments of applications and lodgements;
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues;
- Undertaking administrative tasks as required, including data analysis and report preparation;
- Providing advice and assistance on project-related issues, contributing to solutions, and supporting senior staff as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures related to licensing, accreditation, and registration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
