Our client is one of Australia's largest, and fastest-growing mid-tier accounting firms having been around for 50 years and with offices around Australia, specialising in supporting their clients achieve their financial and personal goals.
**Opportunity**
We are looking for an office all-rounder to join a busy administration team. Someone willing and eager to provide support to the team and clients, be the first point of contact for the company, and work on key administrative and reception tasks.
**Duties**
Assisting the administration team and the firms Partners in their day-to-day operations, your duties would include:
- Perform clerical receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Welcome and direct guests to the appropriate person/office/meeting space.
- Maintain the client database.
- Liasing with clients for document gathering both in writing and verbally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls (low-volume).
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required.
- Diary and calendar management
- Order supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs, including reconciliations
**About you**
We are looking for a motivated, team player who enjoys the variety of a busy admin role, some key attributes we are looking for:
- Min 2 years exp in an administrative role within an office environment.
- A high level of interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
