Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional to join our high-performing legal team. As a Senior Counsel, you will be working closely with directors and senior managers in each region, providing key legal and strategic advice.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience in front-end construction law, gained from a well-respected Australian law firm or large corporate environment. You will be responsible for providing commercially astute advice, negotiating commercial outcomes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • You will have 6-10+ years of experience in large construction projects, demonstrating strategic, innovative, and creative solutions.
  • You will be able to provide leadership and strategic support to the business, while also being hands-on when required.
  • You will possess solid technical skills, a high level of commercially astute advice, and negotiation skills to achieve commercial outcomes.

Requirements & Skills
  • 6-10+ years of experience in large construction projects.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of commercially astute advice.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence, pro-active, and team-oriented.
