The company seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join the high-performing legal team on a 12-month contract.
- This individual will work closely with directors & GMs in each region, partnering closely with the business as one of the company's key legal and strategic advisors.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in front-end Construction Law gained from within a well-respected Australian law firm and/or large corporate environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A high level of commercially astute advice.
- Negotiation skills to achieve commercial outcomes.
- Confidence, pro-active, and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
