The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our residents, enhancing their daily experiences and promoting their overall well-being.

About The Role

  • You will play a key role in ensuring the holistic needs of each resident are met, providing proactive care that enriches their daily life
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that support residents' diverse needs
  • Deliver respectful, tailored support that empowers residents' choices and independence
  • Ensure safe medication management and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes

Qualifications and Skills

  • A genuine passion for caring for others, delivering personalized care that supports residents' needs and enhances their quality of life
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system is advantageous)
  • Proven experience in nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management
  • The capacity to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively to PCA/AINs
