Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Agency Partnership Manager to join our team.

  • This role will involve developing and executing strategic partnership plans with agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing meaningful partnerships that drive business growth.
  • This includes leading partner engagement strategies, collaborating with sales teams, and representing the company at industry events.
  • Your expertise in agency partnerships and commercial value will enable you to craft bespoke partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • You'll also be responsible for championing the voice of agency partners internally, influencing product roadmap priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About You:

  • Proven experience in agency or agency partnerships roles, with a deep understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A passion for brands and branding, with experience in marketing, MarTech, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with agencies.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH AGENCIES AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive partner-sourced growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build visibility, influence, and brand credibility.
  • Craft bespoke partnerships that align with shared commercial value.
  • Champion the voice of agency partners internally and influence product roadmap priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agency or agency partnerships roles.
  • Deep understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • PASSION FOR BRANDS AND BRANDING, WITH EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING, MARTECH, OR A RELATED FIELD.
