Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Apple's product and services in partner stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Authorized Apple Resellers to drive sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by delivering expert knowledge and value to make informed choices.
  • Educate and empower store staff on the latest Apple products and services.
  • Deliver individual and group product demonstrations and assist customers in setting up their new Apple devices.
  • Maintain high-quality visual merchandising standards according to Apple's brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sundays at partner stores (full-time) or Thursday to Sundays (part-time).
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • Deep understanding of customers' and partners' business needs.
    • Effective communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence people inside and outside the organization.
    • High integrity, honesty, and accountability.
