Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to work on long-term and ongoing FIFO opportunities from Perth. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment and possess rope access techniques.

The 5-year contract involves ongoing maintenance and shutdown works servicing Fortescue Metals Group mine, rail, and port locations throughout the Pilbara and Port Hedland region.

Qualifications
  • Valid Driving License
  • Working at Heights within 2 years
  • Confined Space within 2 years
  • Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)
  • Ability to pass site medical testing requirements
Responsibilities
  • Conduct rope access works ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope
  • Rope access equipment fitting and pre-use checks
  • Liaise with Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues
