Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our Toowoomba Engineering Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying engineering fabricated parts to the highest standards of quality and finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and spray paint engineering fabricated parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with our Fabricators, Sand Blasters, and Fitters to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and quality protocols
- Develop and implement effective time management and prioritization strategies to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in spray painting and coatings
Requirements
- Qualifications in Spray Painting (Automotive) or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift license preferred, but not essential
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and quality protocols
