Job Title: Compensation Professional

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled compensation professional to support with employee onboarding, terminations and processing fortnightly payroll on ICHRIS.
  • This contract will be for a 3-month period, working in various teams in our Sydney CBD office next to Wynyard station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end fortnightly payroll on ICHRIS - System experience essential.
  • Updating and maintaining of employees' files.
  • Completing onboarding and terminations.
  • Knowledge of taxation rules - Accounting & finance and Nursing.
  • Interpreting various Awards and EBAs.
  • Responding to enquiries and managing the inbox.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end payroll experience.
  • ICHRIS system knowledge.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, self-starter.
  • Experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs.
  • High attention to detail and strong Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in working in an outsource payroll structure.
