Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced compensation professional to support the design, analysis, and administration of our compensation programs.

This role is ideal for a skilled analyst with strong market research skills and a deep understanding of executive compensation and equity programs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to analyze pay structures and job evaluations.
  2. Compensation Program Design: Support the design, modeling, and implementation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare materials for executive leadership review and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Consulting Services: Provide compensation consulting to business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a manufacturing or publicly traded company setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation survey tools.
  • Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of executive compensation and equity programs is a plus.
