Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized compensation specialist to process payroll functions, manage employee records, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process compensation documents for new starters and employee changes
  • Manage employee timesheets and invoices for the bi-weekly compensation cycle
  • Prepare and distribute monthly compensation reports
  • Provide support for compensation queries and employee records

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar compensation position, with strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience with system management and interpretation of awards is desirable.
