Territory Sales Manager Job Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within our organization responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

  • Drive sales performance: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver client-centric solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Optimize sales processes: Maintain accurate records, analyze sales data, and implement process improvements to maximize pipeline potential.
  • Represent the company: Attend industry events, travel within your designated territory (approximately 5–7 days per month), and engage with clients and prospects in person.
  • Foster strong relationships: Develop authentic connections with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive long-term loyalty and growth.

We seek a highly skilled sales professional with 2–10 years' experience in outside/field sales who has consistently met or exceeded sales quotas.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
